Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Rentily (“the Service”) at gorentily.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

Accounts

Property managers create their own accounts; owners and tenants are invited by their manager. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to manage the properties and tenancies you add.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious content, attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours, or disrupt the platform. We may suspend accounts that do.

Payments

Rent collection and owner payouts are processed by Stripe, subject to Stripe’s terms. Managers set management-fee rates; the fee is deducted from each rent distribution automatically. Rentily is not a bank, escrow agent, or payment institution, and is not a party to the lease between owners and tenants. You are responsible for the accuracy of amounts, fees, and payout details you configure.

Subscription & fees

Paid plans (if applicable to your account) are billed as described at sign-up. Platform fees are separate from rent and owner payouts.

Service “as is” & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rentily is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for disputes between managers, owners, and tenants. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. You may stop using the Service at any time, and we may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.
